1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the bet739 platform — whether through the website at bet739.pro or through the mobile application — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement takes effect the moment you begin using the platform, including browsing before creating an account.

These terms apply to all users of bet739, including registered account holders, players using any section of the platform (Sports, Slots, Live Casino, Bingo, Betting), and anyone accessing information pages or promotional content. The terms apply regardless of how you access the platform — desktop browser, mobile browser, or the downloadable app.

2 Eligibility

To create a bet739 account and use the platform's betting and gaming features, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bet739 strictly does not allow access to minors. If we have reason to believe an account is being used by someone under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and any funds returned subject to verification.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not have an existing bet739 account. Each person is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or operating the account as a proxy or agent for someone else.
• You must be able to enter into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

3 Your Account

When you register with bet739, you create a personal account that holds your PKR balance, betting history, transaction records and personal settings. You are solely responsible for your account, including all activity that takes place under it.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. If any of your details change — including your mobile number or email address — you should update your account promptly. bet739 is not responsible for issues arising from outdated account information.

You must keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. Do not share them with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact bet739 support immediately. bet739 is not liable for losses resulting from a player sharing their credentials voluntarily or negligently.

• One account per person. Multiple accounts by the same individual are not permitted.
• You may not transfer your account or its balance to another person.
• Accounts showing no activity for an extended period may be flagged as dormant. Contact support to reactivate.
• bet739 reserves the right to close or suspend any account that breaches these terms, is associated with fraudulent activity, or is used in a manner that is harmful to the platform or other users.

4 Deposits & Payments

bet739 accepts deposits in PKR through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and mobile wallets. All balances are held and displayed in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees applied by bet739 on PKR deposits.

• Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed instantly. Bank transfer and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your provider.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Check the Deposit page for current minimums before initiating a transaction.
• You may only deposit funds from payment sources registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may be returned or frozen pending investigation.
• bet739 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. These are outside bet739's control.
• Deposited funds are credited to your bet739 PKR balance and are available to use across all platform sections — Sports, Slots, Live Casino, Bingo and Betting.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal is processed. This includes confirming your identity and the ownership of your payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed by bet739's payments team. Standard processing times apply depending on the method selected.
• If a bonus has been applied to your account, the relevant wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• bet739 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where there are verification concerns.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if there is an active investigation into the account for potential fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these terms.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on bet739 — whether on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports or any other available market — are subject to the following rules:

• Bets are only accepted and confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation. A placed bet that has not received this confirmation should be treated as unconfirmed.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet. Odds can change rapidly on live markets — the odds shown when you submit your bet are the ones that count.
• bet739 reserves the right to void bets where odds were clearly displayed in error, where there is evidence of system malfunction, or where the market was opened or closed in error.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by sport, tournament and market type.
• In-play (live) betting markets on PSL, T20 and other cricket fixtures are subject to suspension at any time during an event. Bets already accepted before a suspension stand; bets submitted during a suspension will not be processed.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed or otherwise not completed under normal conditions, specific settlement rules will apply depending on the sport and competition. These are detailed within the relevant sport section of the platform.
• Bets involving more than one selection (accumulators) are void if any individual selection cannot be determined or is declared void, unless the specific market rules state otherwise.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

bet739 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. These are subject to individual terms that accompany each offer. The following general principles apply to all bonuses:

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements. This means you must bet the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus become withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe stated on the individual bonus offer. Bonuses that expire before requirements are completed will be removed from the account along with any associated winnings.
• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Accounts found to be systematically exploiting bonus terms — including creating multiple accounts to claim new player offers — will be suspended and bonuses voided.
• bet739 reserves the right to alter, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Free bets, if awarded, are typically non-withdrawable themselves — only the winnings generated from a free bet are credited to your withdrawable balance, subject to any additional terms.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bet739 platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and balances, and being permanently banned from the platform:

• Creating more than one account, or creating an account on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets or exploit promotions.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker or any competitive format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting errors, bugs or glitches in the platform software to gain credits, odds advantages or any other unearned benefit.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identification or account information, or using payment methods not registered in your name.
• Attempting to circumvent account restrictions, self-exclusion measures or responsible gaming limits set either by you or by bet739.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets based on inside information about sports events in a way that constitutes cheating.

9 Liability

bet739 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain stable, uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be accessible or free from technical issues. Scheduled maintenance, server issues and third-party infrastructure problems can all cause temporary unavailability.

• bet739 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, connection failures, or technical errors outside our direct control.
• bet739 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's own decisions — including the outcome of bets placed, games played, or financial choices made on the platform.
• To the maximum extent permitted, bet739's total liability to any individual player for any claim is limited to the net deposits made to that account in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• bet739 is not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive losses of any kind.
• Third-party game providers whose content is available on bet739 operate under their own terms. Where a dispute arises from a specific game title, the game provider's terms may also apply.

10 Responsible Gaming
